It's the eve of my first twenty (20!!!) miler this training cycle and I am nervous. Has anyone noticed a pattern here? I'm always nervous. Heh.
Anyway, I haven't run that distance since my last full marathon so it's only normal that I'd feel a wee bit anxious about it. I've got my meals all planned out for today and am mentally preparing for those last few miles that are probably going to be somewhat painful. It is afterall, TWENTY FRICKIN' MILES!
For this long run I'm going to channel none other than the honey badger. This honey badger attitude seemed to help out KC on her amazing Ironman so tomorrow, I'll run that 20 and not give a shit. Cause the B.o.B. don't care.
